Shipping and Delivery
Delivery destinations and charges
Winners Win® delivers to the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and selected international destinations.
Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Free-delivery offers are subject to the eligibility and order threshold shown on our website.
Processing and dispatch
Items held in stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Some products are made to order and require production time before dispatch. Please check the product page for specific production or delivery information.
Pre-orders follow the timetable stated when you place your order. We will contact affected customers if we become aware of a significant delay.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times depend on your destination, the product and the service selected. Please check the product page and checkout for available estimates.
Production and processing time are separate from courier transit time. Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates. Busy periods, customs processing and courier disruption may cause delays.
Separate parcels
Items in your order may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. Any delivery charges collected by Winners Win are shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is sent. Tracking information is included where the delivery service provides it. Separate parcels may have separate tracking details.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, email info@theofficialwinnerswin.com immediately with your order number.
We will try to correct the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order is being fulfilled. Additional redelivery charges may apply where a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete. We will explain any charges before arranging redelivery.
Customs and import charges
Depending on the destination and where your parcel is dispatched from, customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees may apply.
Where these charges are not included or collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are not automatically exempt.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If the estimated delivery period has passed, or your parcel arrives damaged, email info@theofficialwinnerswin.com with your order number and details. Include photographs of any damage if available.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or someone you nominate, except where you independently arrange a carrier we have not offered.
